Who is collecting your information?
AspireHub has decided to use the services of Secondsight to develop the AspireHub AspireHub portal. Secondsight and AspireHub are trading names of Foster Denovo Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). What information may we collect from you?
The AspireHub AspireHub portal does not automatically capture or store personal information, other than logging your IP address and session information, such as how long your visit lasted and the type of browser used. This is recognised by the web server and is only used for system administration purposes and to provide statistics, which we use to evaluate how the portal is used. We also use analytics software to monitor visitor statistics.
In some cases, the portal may hold certain data provided to it by AspireHub or their providers such as:
- full name
- email address
- employee reference
- location
- staff group
- benefit values and salary information.
You may optionally provide data such as:
- preferences and interests
- year of birth
- living situation
- martial status.
How and why will we collect your information?
We will only ask you to provide us with a limited amount of personal information needed to provide the service you are interested in, for example where you:
- wish to be notified about new articles which may interest you
- decide that you would like to book a meeting with a financial adviser
- sign up to receive newsletters or publications
- complete a survey
- attend an event.
Some information may be directly entered into the portal via the AspireHub HR dashboard or provided verbally or in writing to the AspireHub team.
Should Secondsight provide additional services to AspireHub, then Secondsight may make additional information available to us.
How will we use the information collected?
Where you provide personal information, we will only use it to deliver the services you have requested.
We collect this information to understand your preferences and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- for internal record keeping
- to improve our services
- to periodically send information, which we think you may find interesting
- to contact you occasionally for market research purposes.
We may contact you by app notification, email, phone, or mail, and use the information to customise our contact with you according to your interests.
We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you would like us to do so.
Information provided by AspireHub to AspireHub is solely for the purpose of security, logging on, determining benefit entitlement and record identification.
Who will we share information with?
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties, or third party organisations outside of AspireHub and Secondsight unless we have your permission or we are required by law to do so.
How long will we keep your information?
We keep your personal information in line with set periods calculated using the following criteria:

If you would like more information about how long we will keep your information for, please contact us at info@fosterdenovo.com.
Where information had been provided by AspireHub, AspireHub will be responsible for determining the necessity to keep such information and the deletion of records when appropriate.
What effect will this have on you?
We hope that the collection of data will have no effect on you other than the delivery of the service you have requested by taking the time to complete your details on the portal.
Do we send data outside the EEA?
